Back from T-Tapp Retreat!

So, I’m sore but my body is happy! Five days of intensive T-Tapp training with Teresa herself. Very informative and lot’s of new adjustments to her current workout. Also, was able to make use of the spa waters at Safety Harbor Spa which helped me to make it through the week! More later!
