Easy Morning Stretch Routine for Perimenopause

Here’s a morning stretch routine I’ve been doing for over 30 years!

It’s important to get the juices flowing every day and keep your muscles and joints moving and stretched. As we get older we get stiffer so don’t let yourself get creaky when you don’t have to!

This stretch routine hits every plane of movement and mixes some yoga with simple stretching. While I’m not a certified yoga instructor (don’t flop on your plank transition like I do in this video!) I hope this gives you an easy way to stretch these perimenopause bodies every day!
